Pricing
One price for the whole unit
A platform fee, plus capacity for the number of Cadets you carry. No per-instructor licences, no modules sold separately, and no quote to request before you can see a number.
Your first year
Freeup to 50 Cadets
The platform fee and your first block of 50 Cadets are waived for a full year. Units larger than that add capacity at $100.00 per block from the start.
No card required to begin.
After the first year
$100.00 per block of 50 Cadets, which works out at $2.00 per Cadet per year. Capacity is sold in whole blocks - a unit of 51 Cadets pays for two.

Scope
What the price covers
Everything the software does is in the price. The second column is the part most feature tables leave out.
Included
- Unlimited instructor accounts
- Cadet accounts, with the approval workflow
- Unit structure and chain of command
- Taskings, awards and promotions
- Full change history
- Roster export and print
- Email and phone support
Not included, because it does not exist
- Operation order management - never built
- Analytics dashboards or trend reporting
- Curriculum, lesson plans or a training library
These appeared on an earlier version of this site and were never built. If one of them is what you actually need, this is not the right tool yet.
Practicalities
The questions a purchasing office asks
- The unit grows mid-year
- Add blocks when you need them. You are charged for the blocks you add, not re-charged for the year - so a unit that crosses 50 Cadets in February pays for the additional block and nothing else.
- The unit shrinks
- Capacity is bought for the year. Blocks are not refunded part-way through it, so buy to the roster you expect rather than the one you hope for.
- How payment is taken
- Checkout runs on Stripe’s hosted interface. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and are never handled by us.
- Purchase orders and district invoicing
- Tell us what your purchasing office needs and we will tell you plainly whether we can produce it. We would rather answer that in an email than publish a process here that turns out not to match your district.
- What happens at the end of the free year
- Standard pricing applies from the second year: $699.99 plus your blocks. The first year being free does not commit you to a second.
- Above the ceiling
- 20 blocks is 1,000 Cadets, which is larger than any single school unit we have had to size for. If you are genuinely above it, write to us rather than assuming.
Try it on your own roster first
The first year is free for up to 50 Cadets and there is no card to enter. If it does not fit your unit, you will know inside a week and it will have cost you nothing.
